This 2008 Can-am Spyder GS SE5 is in excellent condition. This motorcycle has been garage kept and has 4370 miles at the time of this listing and is ready to ride. The SE5 is a semi automatic with a thumb shifter. The foot brake (ABS) controls all three wheels. The Spyder has a large up front cargo area that holds 35 pounds. Included with the bike is a cover, two extra windshields, two helmets, a rain suit and original Operator's Guide. Extras added to the bike include a handle bar mounted bracket for your GPS and a forward set of foot pegs for relaxing on longer rides. Bombardier Recreational Products announced its 2012 lineup of Can-Am Spyder Roadsters. The 2012 Can-Am Spyder Roadster line consists of two RS models and four RT touring models. All 2012 models come with a new amber-colored display, with the RS models receiving an LCD screen while the RT models get a Dot-matrix screen.

Will The Bombardier Trailtrike Make Trikes Cool?

Charles Bombardier, creator of the highly controversial Can-Am Spyder and grandson of the man who invented the snowmobile, thinks he has an idea to make trikes cool. It’s a tall order, considering most motorcycling circles banish three-wheelers as some kind of second class device, not worthy of mingling with true two wheelers. While Bombardier’s Trailtrike still has two wheels in front and one in back, he tells Popular Science the difference is that the Trailtrike can be ridden both on- and off-road.
