2009 Buell Lightning XB12SCG, Excellent condition Buell Lightning. Never laid over. Very bright LED tail light that gets the attention of the person behind you. (xblights.com) Buell handguards installed. also have the Buell tailbag not pictured. Service Manual, instruction manual and title in hand. Also have a new in the box oem airbox cover just like the one on the bike in the pic. (The one on the bike has a small rock chip on the front corner. Its not bad, but I wanted to be proactive in case it got busted up more. Also have some riding gear I can throw in. including a new Schuberth C3Pro helmet. Erik Buell Racing Opens European Office

Erik Buell Racing opened a new office in the Netherlands, making the first step towards establishing a foothold for distribution to Europe. Located in Alkmaar, a suburb north of Amsterdam, the new office will help increase brand awareness in Europe while laying the groundwork for eventual expanded distribution across the continent. The office will also play a key role in supporting EBR’s World Superbike Championship team and riders Geoff May and Aaron Yates.

Update Nov 13: Last Buell Motorcycle Rolls Off the Line An emotional Erik Buell has posted a video on the Buell Motorcycle site officially announcing that Harley-Davidson has shut down all Buell motorcycle production. The official announcement says the new division “maximizes cohesive and strategic growth for Victory Motorcycles and other on-road products and brands”.
