2006 Buell Lightning XB12S, 2006, This is the long Ss version of the XB with the longer wheelbase (more comfortable), gel seat, and a few other goodies....but if you clicked this ad you probably already know that. Around 6500 mi, 1203cc Thunderstorm V-Twin, red powdercoat wheels, CRG adjustable levers, bar end mirrors, muffler modified by Hawk performance, new air filter, brand new Dunlops front/rear, exhaust wrap, headlight guards, Buell decals removed, tail eliminator with red LEDs underneath, short stalk signals, is already pre-wired for a trickle charger (for the off season) and is in excellent condition!! I also of course changed the motor and case oil along with the filter at the end of last season so it's ready to go. This bike looks and SOUNDS amazing, like no other. Larry Pegram’s EBR 1190RX AMA Race Livery Looks Sharp!
Wed, 05 Mar 2014In January news broke that Larry Pegram would be teaming up with Erik Buell Racing to race the 1190RX in AMA Superbike. At the time no official photos were revealed, but that’s all changed as Pegram posted these pictures of his completed 1190RX in full race livery on his Facebook page. These photos were captured during team testing in Florida, and the colors show off the all-American design motif.

Thu, 28 May 2009British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.

On March 4th with temperatures at -10C, Craig Jones, riding a Buell 1125R complete with a nitrous oxide kit (an estimated extra 50bhp), reached a top speed of 148.7mph on a 1.1km run over the frozen Lake Dellen.
