Nice 2008 Buell XB12R. Under 21k miles. 7k miles on top end rebuild. Heads professionally ported and polished. K&N air filter, open airbox, breather re-route, final drive converted from belt to 520 o'ring chain, vortex rear sprocket and pbi front sprocket. Forks just completely rebuilt with new seals, bushings and fluid change. HID headlights, billet grips and levers, integrated tail-light into fiberglass solo seat. Battery only a few months old. Front and rear brake pads are new and everything was recently maintenanced. Brand New front and rear continental tires with less than 500 miles on them Brand new DID VXR Chain with less than 500 miles on it. your looking at a 2007 Buell XB12, it has 12650 miles and runs great, I rode it out to Sturgis and back with no problems, has a new $250 rear tire, front is 50%, this is the 1200 110 horse fuel injected engine built by Harley Davidson, it does have a salvage title and idk y, It looks like it was laid down lightly on the left side, it seeps a little oil from the splined part of the shifter when riding, not even bad enough to drip, just enough to notice it on the side of the case, all the plastics are nice. I would take it anywhere, ex the 1000 mile trip to Sturgis and back. We had commitments that made it impossible to attend the first Superbike Shootout round in Fontana, but with K&L Supply adding their support we were able to make a rush trip from our test in Louisiana last weekend to the beautiful Sonoma Raceway track in Sonoma, California,” announced Erik Buell, founder of EBR.

FIM Eases WSBK Homologation Requirements
Sat, 22 Feb 2014With the 2014 World Superbike Championship now under way, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) announced a change in the homologation procedure for new motorcycles entering the series. The new regulations requires a minimum of 125 units produced in order to begin the homologation process. By the end of the first year of participation, manufacturers must have produced 250 units.

Wed, 19 Feb 2014Erik Buell Racing is continuing to expand its European presence by appearing at Motodays Fiera Roma, one of Europe’s largest motorcycle trade shows. Held March 6-9 in Rome, Motodays will be an important event for EBR’s plans to establish a European dealer network. EBR opened its first European office last month in the Netherlands, but Motodays will be the European motorcycle show debut of the company and its 1190RX sportbike.

Tue, 18 Feb 2014World Superbike testing at Phillip Island came to a close today, and when the dust settled, reigning champion Tom Sykes stamped his authority, setting the fastest time of the test at 1:30.239, just five thousandths shy of the outright lap record held by Carlos Checa. The time was set during the morning session of testing, though nobody was able to best Sykes for the remainder of the day. Eugene Laverty, who was fastest on day one, showed his pace was no fluke as he stayed near the top of the time sheets, ultimately finishing second behind Sykes, with a best time of 1:30.513.

FIM Confirms Erik Buell Racing Meets Production Requirements for WSBK Homologation
Wed, 12 Feb 2014The International Motorcycling Federation has confirmed that Erik Buell Racing has met the required level of production to meet homologation requirements to compete in the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The news isn’t much of a surprise, considering EBR and racers Geoff May and Aaron Yates were listed on the WSBK provisional entry list released in late January, but the announcement offers the first official confirmation. Charles Hennekam, the FIM’s technical coordinator and motorcycle homologation officer and Gregorio Lavilla, Dorna WSBK sporting director visited EBR‘s factory in East Troy, Wisc., last month to verify the production level on the company’s 1190RX superbike.
2015 Hero Hastur 620cc Streetfighter Concept Revealed – Video
Wed, 05 Feb 2014Hero Motocorp has revealed a new 620cc streetfighter concept called the Hastur at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo in Greater Noida, near New Delhi. The Hero Hastur concept was developed with the help of Erik Buell Racing which provided its expertise in working with larger engines than Hero’s usual small-displacement motorcycles. The Hastur is powered by a parallel twin 620cc engine claiming 78.9 hp at 8000 rpm and 53.1 ft-lb.
EBR Announces More Than 60 Founding Dealers

The recruitment process began shortly after the American International Motorcycle Expo in Orlando, Florida, where the company took the wraps off the 1190RX production superbike.
