2005 black Buell XB12R up for auction. Body is clean but has her minor scuffs that one can expect from normal wear, nothing major or large chips- dents (she's never been dropped or laid down). Instruments work perfectly and belt drive is excellent. She has never gone through any mechanical or electrical failures. Motorcycle has been well maintained here locally in the Phoenix Valley at a Harley Davidson certified shop. She sits on newer Michelin tires that were installed November 2015 and haven't seen more that 200 miles. She has been an excellent, fun-filled torque power machine for the last 11 years- but it's time to let go. Larry Pegram To Race EBR 1190RX In 2014 AMA Superbike
Mon, 20 Jan 2014Larry Pegram and Erik Buell Racing will be partnering up in 2014 to race an EBR 1190RX in AMA Superbike. This will be Pegram’s third different OEM in as many years, as he rode a Yamaha last year, BMW before that and Ducati in 2011. Supporting Pegram will be his long-time title sponsor, Foremost Insurance Group, along with EBR sponsors AMSOIL and Hero MotoCorp.
2015 EBR 1190SX Revealed
Wed, 11 Jun 2014Erik Buell Racing launches its next salvo to the sportbike market with the 1190SX streetfighter. The 1190SX borrows heavily from EBR’s 1190RX superbike contender that MO’s Troy Siahaan is scheduled to test today at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Although no specs have been released, the SX appears to use most of the RX’s hardware: 1190cc V-Twin engine; aluminum fuel-carrying frame; massive 386mm single-disc front brake.
