Tue, 09 Jun 2009The first release from One World Studio, Choppertown: The Sinners, is a documentary film about garage-built motorcycles that also follows the renowned hot rod and motorcycle club the Sinners. The second release, Brittown: A British Motorcycle, documents legendary underground mechanic and Britbike connoisseur “Meatball” from the Hell On Wheels bike shop in Anaheim, CA. The latest release by award winning directors, Scott Di Lalla and Zack Coffman comes, The Harbortown Bobber, which was two years in the making will be released in July 2009. Gladstone Motorcycles to Produce Bespoke British Bobbers
Tue, 16 Jul 2013Television presenter Henry Cole has ridden countless motorcycles as host of the British Travel Channel’s “World’s Greatest Motorcycle Rides” program for 11 series, but he’ll soon be introducing a line of motorcycles of his own with his new Gladstone Motorcycles company. Named for Cole’s great-great-uncle, four-time British Prime Minister William Ewart Gladstone, the new firm will produce limited runs of hand-built bespoke motorcycles. Thu, 28 May 2009British motorcycle design studio Xenophya Design and product designer Ellis Pitt have teamed up to produce a new company, Mac Motorcycles. Based out of Upton-Upon-Severn in Worcestershire, England, Mac Motorcycles will produce a line of bikes powered by Buell’s air-cooled single cylinder 492cc engines used in the Blast, with a tubular backbone frame. On the company’s website, Pitt describes its bikes as being simple to maintain, include references and details from choppers and bobbers and feature “Harley posture, flat-track manners, Ducati handling”.
