    Really nice BMW R60/5 I bought a few years ago hoping to get into the hobby but I truly do not have the time. Great bike starts up every time with ease, about a year ago I put a lithium battery in it and brand new Michelin tires on it they probably don't have 25 miles on them you can still see the nubs, and it was just serviced at the beginning of 2024. The paint on the tank and fenders is in great shape and the paint on the frame is in fairly good shape with small imperfections, the saddle bag carriers do show wear but they are easily removed or could be painted on their own, the top of the brake light housing has a little bit of paint missing from a sticker that was pulled off but its just plastic and could be removed or painted.

    2005 BMW R1200 GS with 27,000 miles.  I have owned this bike for approximately 6 years and I have put 10,000 miles on it.  I purchased the bike in 2009 from a Delta Airlines pilot who had owned it since new and maintained the bike perfectly.  I now own 3 BMW motorcycles and can only ride one at a time, so I am selling this bike.  All fluids were replaced two months ago and I just replaced the battery also.  The bike has newer tires with less than 2,000 miles of light use.  Bike has never been down.  The bike's computer acted up 2 years ago and BMW replaced the computer and installed the most current software.  The bike pulls hard and has impeccable balance and is effortlessly maneuverable.  No wonder it BMW's best selling model. The new Panigale introduced a number of changes to the engine, chassis and electronics, aimed at pushing the performance envelope even further. There was one particular change that we knew was going to be polarizing: the change from a single-sided swingarm to a double-sided swingarm.

Following in the wake of the Biltwell 100 race, my confidence in the 390 Adventure and my ability to pilot it for long stretches off-road soared. The ability to combine the technical skills I learned in the ATX Moto Adventures and Sedlak Off Road classes, along with some good old-fashioned seat time, really paid off. In addition, there were two changes I made to the bike that firmly cemented my trust in piloting it through the sketchy sandy trails – a custom lowered seat from Seat Concepts, and some aggressive knobby tires.

Back in the Black Photos by Fabio Polimeni In November 2022 Italian trophy brand MV Agusta, wholly owned since 2019 by Russian entrepreneur Timur Sardarov and his family, and Pierer Mobility AG – KTM’s parent company – reached an agreement on ‘future strategic cooperation’, as a result of which the Austrian firm headed by Stefan Pierer would acquire a 25.10% stake in MV Agusta via its KTM AG subsidiary. At the first meeting of the newly constituted MV Agusta board on November 15, a capital increase of €30 million was agreed, denoting the sum KTM had paid to acquire its new minority shareholding in the company. As part of this strategic alliance KTM took charge of purchasing all components needed to manufacture MV Agusta’s entire range of models, as well as responsibility for marketing, distribution and after-sales service for MV Agusta on a global basis outside Italy.
