    Reluctantly selling my 11996 BMW r100gspd classic I purchased the classic from freeman cycles beverly mass 7-20-99 actual mileage was  1,140 bike has never been off road mostly used to display motorcycle apparel in my store, sold my store in 2007 since then the bike has been in storage the classic has only 4,602 miles i upgraded the seat to a Corbin, installed highway pegs, changed the original shock to a performance work . The shock lowered the bike by an inch and a half improved ride especially on highway (I have original shock ). Bike has new battery ready for new lucky owner (collector).

    This is a 1995 BMW R 1100GS motorcycle.  This bike was a new motorcycle trade in, I am a wholesale dealer.  This is one of the true multipurpose bikes that is available today.  It can cruise at 70 plus or ride the fire roads under most conditions.  This bike appears to never been in any severe off road excursions as there is no rust or corrosion on the bike.   Everything works.  The pipes are not rusted and the wheels are excellent.  The tires are 50%.  The bike has hard bags and a rear luggage carrier.  There is a headlight guard and a windscreen.  The battery has just been replaced by the local bmw dealer so the bike is ready to go.  The paint is excellent with just a few very minor marks on the bike.  This is excellent example that is ready to go.  Fly in and ride home or I my be convinced to deliver for food.  Please call with questions.  John O'Neil  314 378 3109

     Many after market extras.  New windshield, leather seats, Jessie Bags, crash bar, new grips, LED dash lamps.  Well maintained and runs great.  Overall great condition.  There are some very minor scratches on the tank, and some rust in the joints of the handlebars.  The seat is aftermarket leather and it is a little worn, but is still in relativity good shape and firm. The bike has been dealer (have receipts)//user maintained and runs great there are no mechanical problems.  The tires have quite a bit of tread left.  I am the second owner and have the original owners manual a two keys.  Had BMW dealer perform thorough inspection at 57,434 miles.  59,561 miles now.     This bike is like brand new and is hard to find in pristine condition with low miles.   Of course, you will find a few minor blemishes and nicks here and there due to normal riding.  I tried to show those in the pics.  Clean title, single-owner.   This bike does NOT have ABS brakes. Has always been stored indoors. Has heated grips for when the weather gets colder.   Everything is absolutely up to date and bike is running perfectly except for the front tire.  You may get just  a few hundred miles left unless you ride in the rain (I never did), then I would replace it ASAP.   Hard to imagine a better bike.   Sadly, the bike fell over once in my garage.  Replaced left kick stand, brake handle and shifter.  That was a sad day.   Bike has had all its scheduled services done at a BMW licensed dealer/mechanic and is in absolutely perfect working order.  I have all the maintenance receipts.  The bike only required one repair to the fuel line quick-disconnects.  They were replaced by me.

For 2022, the K1600 range will again consist of the sportier K1600GT, the more touring-focused K1600GTL and the streamlined K1600B bagger. The K1600 Grand America also returns as an optional package for the K1600B.

Euro 5 updates and more for six-cylinder K bikes The R18 Transcontinental and R18 Bagger have been getting a lot of attention lately, as BMW‘s foray into large-displacement cruiser touring segment. Getting somewhat lost, however, are BMW’s existing K1600 range, which used to be the company’s representatives in the touring category. While still part of BMW’s lineup, the six-cylinder models have not been updated since the 2017 model year, not even receiving any changes to meet Euro 5 standards that came into effect last year.

The 9Cento is a sports tourer with crossover features, and its appearance evokes associations of Italian design. So, for example, the short sportbike “tail” unobtrusively resembles the upturned, stunningly beautiful stern of Ducati Panigale sportbikes. The motorcycle is built on the basis of an in-line two-cylinder engine from the BMW F850GS, and we would not completely rule out the possibility of such a handsome man appearing in the production program.
