This is one of the many 2009 BMW R1200RT-P's that Capitol BMW has available. Some are original single seat set ups and some have been converted back to civilian two person capacity. These bike have all been serviced per BMW recommendations per their lease agreements; so they are ready to go and need nothing. Some even have brand new tires ! BMW Motorrad Days 2013 Draws 40,000 Visitors
Mon, 08 Jul 2013More than 40,000 Beemerphiles made their way to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany, for BMW Motorrad Days on July 5-7. The 13th annual event at the Bavarian resort town saw visitors from more than 40 countries join together to celebrate BMW motorcycles. This year’s event was particularly notable for the 90th anniversary of motorcycles bearing the Bavarian Motor Works brand.
BMW Sets New Annual Record for Motorcycle Sales – With One Month Still to Go
Mon, 09 Dec 2013BMW announced sales of 108,872 motorcycles and scooters, shattering last year’s company record for annual sales by 2.4%. Even more impressively, BMW reached that mark by the end of November and still has a whole month’s worth of sales to pad its record. In 2012, BMW sold 106,358 motorcycles and scooters to set a new company record.
