BMW R-Series description

2008 BMW R1200RTP for sale. It runs great it was just serviced at BMW West Valley Cycle Sales. Had throttle body replaced and rear flange replaced. All recalls have been taken care of.
 It's got a little over 80k miles on it but these bikes run forever!
 Minor scuffs and scratches on storage boxes.
 Very small tear in seat.
 BC button does not work.
 Right side headlamp bulb burned out.

 Has secondary battery and police siren/light control unit. Does not come with siren speakers or lights.

That scraping sound you can hear is a mixture of a knee slider and the GoPro camera housing grazing the tarmac at Mugello. The footage was shot on-board the BMW Motorrad France Team Thevent machine ridden by Hugo Marchand, in testing ahead of the 2012 Endurance World Championship. He managed to wreck the housing that holds the GoPro camera after only three laps.

We already know BMW started 2012 off with a record first quarter with 24,373 motorcycles sold, with an additional 2,642 units from its Husqvarna subsidiary. BMW‘s quarterly report now reveals the U.S. accounted for 3,429 units sold in the first three months of the year, a 47.9% increase from 2,319 units over the same quarter of 2011.
