You are looking at a 1987 BMW R100 RT model which began life as a fully faired touring bike and has been reimagined as a cafe racer. Custom leather saddle and fiberglass rear end, modern LED indicator lights and taillight. Pegs are relocated for a sportier riding position and handlebars have been swapped. Bike has a deep growl, but is not obnoxious...sounds like an air cooled porsche on two wheels. ONLY QUALITY PARTS USED. The original block, trans and running gear have not been modified and are in great running order. Very strong bike, shifts smooth and idles consistently. Just installed a new starter and battery. Mileage unknown ( no odometer)- last recorded was around 50k. Turn signals stopped working after new battery was installed, needs troubleshooting. Naked BMW S1000RR Spotted Testing in Italy – Video
Wed, 29 May 2013Italian site Motociclismo.it has published a video of what appears to be a naked version of the BMW S1000RR being tested on public roads in Rovereto, Italy. The test model was dressed in camouflage and appears to be close to being ready for production, especially compared to the earlier prototype spotted testing last summer. We expect BMW will officially unveil this S1000RR-based streetfighter at either the Intermot show in Cologne, Germany, or the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, later this fall.

Representatives of a young studio Officine Sbrannetti were the first to respond, proposing a project for the reincarnation of the legendary BMW RS54 Rennsport. R nineT was the seventh project of the company, which began its existence about two years ago.
