1982 BMW R65LS MOTORCYCLE. One owner since new. 2,374 original miles, all original including tires. Never been down. The motorcycle has been stored inside it's entire life. Clean gas tank ( no rust ) Last registered in 1987. Just pulled the bike out of long term storage, serviced it , replaced the battery and cleaned the carbs and the bike is running and in riding condition. ( Tires are in excellent condition but old so would need to be replaced as a safety precautions. Overall, the motorcycle is a nice original bike. Deposit must be made through paypal while full payment must be made through either cash or wire transfer.

Mon, 23 Apr 2012The Netherlands hosted a dramatic weekend of World Superbike racing that featured a red-flagged wet race, several riders crashing while leading, a first-time race winner, a photo finish between two teammates and the reigning World Champion finishing out of the points because of a poor choice of tires. The 2011 WSBK Champion Carlos Checa arrived at Assen with the lead in the championship and a three-race winning streak, but opting to run wet tires in Race Two cost him the lead and may have contributed to a crash that severely injured Liberty Racing‘s Brett McCormick. 2014 BMW NineT Spied – Lo Rider Concept Finally Coming to Life
Thu, 26 Sep 2013Germany’s Motorrad Magazin has uncovered new photos of an upcoming BMW motorcycle rumored to be called the NineT. We caught a glimpse of the boxer-engined roadster testing earlier this summer but the new pictures – snapped at a gas station in northern Italy – reveal three motorcycles that appear close to being ready for production. The name NineT recognizes the 90th year anniversary, and the new model references that history in its retro styling.
EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship
Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
