BMW R-Series tech info
BMW R-Series description
You are looking at a 1971 BMW R75/5. This is a nice example of a early /5. The numbers on the frame, VIN plate, and engine all match. Was parked for some time till I got it running to shoot the quick video of it going up the street, I will still list her as a non running project, since you should do your own inspection and clean the carbs before running again. Everything seemed to work as it should for the video, except for the headlight. I will now let my 60 picture slideshow I provided in the listing and the video do the talking. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video. They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets. Click on the view all tab at the bottom of the slideshow to see all the pictures. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied , and a as is where is sale. Feel free to have the motorcycle inspected if you like. Bike comes with a title that will be open from previous owner. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns, and inspections are recommended. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. Bike must be picked up in Tampa FL. As long as the bike is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended, then she can sit here for up to two months, but would like it picked up as soon as possible. Please look at all of the pictures, including the slideshow pictures, and ask all questions before bidding as I will be happy to answer them. Thank you and happy bidding! The description of this motorcycle is written to the best of my knowledge. However, I am by no means an expert on vintage motorcycles.
