And with a torque of 61 foot pounds, this Enduro has enough power reserve to overcome even the toughest off-road challenge with supreme confidence. Thanks to a 6.3-gallon tank and fuel economy of 55 mpg at 55 mph, it can cover distances where others have already run dry. Control: Unconditional Be it sand dunes, mountain passes or river crossings, the F 800 GS Adventure can master any task it may be faced with in faraway places. Its core is the torsion-resistant tubular steel frame with spring travel of 9.1 inches at the front and 8.5 inches at the rear. First half figures were 6.3% higher than the 57,015 units sold in the same period in 2010. BMW reports strong demand across all its models, with the Boxer engine R-series models leading the way.

2013 BMW C600 Sport Recalled in Canada for Loose Fairings

BMW‘s maxi-scooters have only just started going on sale in North America and already there’s a recall for the 2013 BMW C600 Sport in Canada. According to Transport Canada, the fairing side panels on certain BMW C600 Sport scooters can loosen and detach while moving at very high speeds. In such a situation, the detached fairing poses a hazard to the rider and passenger as well as other vehicles and bystanders.
