I bought this one from MAX BMW in N.H. with 10,000 miles in it in February of last year and flew there from So. Fl. to pick it up because it was the best one I could find in the country. Took it on 2 road trips all highway miles hence the extra 8,000mi. Service and extras done 12,000mi service done at 441 BMW in Ft. Lauderdale $647.73. Oil change at 16,909mi 441 BMW $110.55. 2 New Metzler Z8 $451.82 at 441 BMW 14,305mi. Evo quick lock tank bag $273.00. Stealth back rest $388.51. RCU handle bar risers $100.95. I have all the receipts. In short I have spent in scheduled maintenance and upgrades that you would want a total of $1998.56. So this is a turnkey BMW k1200rs in the most desirable color combination in perfect conditions with NO scratches (just scuffs on hard bags like all of them). When I purchased I looked for the absolute best kbike not the best deal. This was practically factory at the most reputable dealer in the world and so I bought it. The double was the first in Melandri’s career and the first for BMW. Biaggi, who arrived in the Czech Republic with four wins and nine podium finishes in ten previous races at Brno, was held off the podium this year, shrinking his lead in the championship to 21 points from 48.
