BMW Other description

2012 BMW F 800 R, Forget the dealer bikes, they are always priced for profit. Forget the new bikes too, cause my motorcycle is just as new, it's just gently broken in for you and I have already taken the hit for the depreciation on this one. Here is an 800r that looks better and runs stronger than it did the day I bought it in the showroom. Here it is equipped with onboard computer, ABS, heated grips, preload and rebound damping, Michelin Pilot tires and a brand new Termignoni exhaust that carries a 4 year warranty. Yes, I still have the original can for the bike. This bike has never been dumped, scraped or dropped and has been cared for like a baby. Want some pure joy this Christmas? Put this Top of the Line bike under your Christmas tree! Simply the hottest naked bike bike around! $9,250.00

Used Review: Arai RX-7 Corsair helmet

Thu, 01 Apr 2010

This is the lid that saved me from a face full of road and stopped a big bacon slicer (a front disc) from carving a canyon in the top of my head.  This helmet was transformed from gleaming white accessory to scrap when I got back from taking the new BMW S1000RR to Morocco. A pedestrian ran into me from behind a bus and the two of us hit the ground. She’s okay and so am I apart from getting knocked out and breaking my shoulder.

BMW has officially recalled the 2014 R1200RT in the U.S., after the company released a worldwide warning to customers about a potential defect with the rear suspension system. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the piston rod on the R1200RT’s Dynamic Electronic Suspension Adjustment (ESA) rear shock absorber may break without warning. The problem was first discovered April 1 after a warranty claim was filed in France.
