2007 BMW K Series R, For Sale: My pristine 2007 BMW K1200 sport R. ADULT OWNED AND DRIVEN. If you are looking for a BMW well cared for and babied look no further! Hardly ridden but well maintained! Always serviced by BMW and have all the accompanying records. Never laid down or driven in the rain. ALWAYS GARAGED! This was just a fun bike I would drive on occasion. This bike drives like a 600 as it is so well balanced, but has the power of a 1200. It has heated grips and ABS. I also purchased the optional tank bag with rain gear in it. But I am also throwing in a Garmin Navigation system that is mounted to the handlebars. This item alone is worth over $500. EBR 1190 Wins 2011 European Superbike Championship
Wed, 02 Nov 2011Harald Kitsch and the Pegasus Race Team has won its second championship on the EBR 1190RR, capturing the 2011 European Superbike open race class title. The championship follows Kitsch’s win in the 2010 Sound of Thunder V-Twin Championship on the Erik Buell Racing racebike. While the Sound of Thunder championship was won against other V-Twin machines, the European Superbike class included sportbikes from the Japanese Big Four, BMW, Aprilia and Ducati.
2021 Heavyweight Naked Bike Spec Shootout
Fri, 12 Nov 2021Prelude to battle MO’s string of naked motorcycle shootouts continues, and this time we saved the best for last. We started things off in June with the middleweight class, seeing the Triumph Trident 660 emerge from a six-bike shootout. In August, we moved up a weight class and saw the Yamaha MT-09 come out ahead in another six-motorcycle dog fight.
2014 BMW HP2 Roadster Spotted
Mon, 22 Jul 2013Spy photographers have snapped a picture of a new retro-styled BMW roadster. Dubbed the BMW HP2 Roadster by Italian site Insella.it which published the grainy photograph, the new boxer-engined streetbike is expected to be officially unveiled at November’s EICMA show in Milan. The spy photo reveals the HP2 Roadster uses BMW’s air-cooled R-series boxer engine and not the new water-cooled engine introduced on the 2013 R1200GS.
