2007 Bmw F 800 ST, 800st - This bike has ABS, heated grips, on board computer, center stand, white turn signals, saddle bags and top case, additional driving lights, and Remus exhaust. It is in nice shape with a couple small scratches here and there and i little bit of corrosion on some of the bolts(see pictures). This middleweight definitely goes the distance. The twisties are yours to devour anywhere in the country aboard the new 85 bhp F 800 ST, which is the touring version of the lithe new F 800. With a full fairing, high windshield and touring oriented ergonomics with raised handlebars, bombing down any road you choose is as comfortable as it is thrilling. Two 320 mm diameter front brake disk and Brembo four piston hydraulic calipers, and with optional ABS every ride stopping power is guaranteed. Add optional touring cases and heated grips and youve got a bike that is fast, flickable, and above extraordinarily capable. No matter where you want to ride, the sharp-handling F 800 ST gets you there, mile after mile.

Marco Melandri earned BMW its second ever World Superbike victory to move into second place in the championship standings behind Max Biaggi in the series’ only stop in the United States. Melandri won a red-flagged Race Two at Utah’s Miller Motorsports Park after finishing second to defending WSBK Champion Carlos Checa in Race One to give him 142.5 points on the season, tied with Kawasaki‘s Tom Sykes but behind Aprilia‘s Biaggi who leads the way with 160.5 points. Epic biking holidays - of a lifetime?

I never had the rudimentary gap year traveling before university, seeing it as a bit of a cliché I set upon knuckling down with my studies and getting a degree. I never had that moment of discovery and finding out 'who I really am' and to some extent it's a regret. But I'm feeling inspired and the inspiration comes from two adventures offered by Compass Expeditions.
