It is currently set up with MV Bar Risers ($400) for a more comfortable seating position. These can easily be removed if you would like a more aggressive seating position. It also has a ZTechnik Titanium Slip on ($800) and aluminum bar ends with built in throttle lock. For those of you who are not familiar with this bike, it is equipped from the factory with electronic suspension, antilock Brembo brakes, and warmed handlebar grips. This K1200S is extremely powerful. After the exhaust was installed, it was dynoed at 148 rear wheel horsepower. FIM Eases WSBK Homologation Requirements

With the 2014 World Superbike Championship now under way, the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) announced a change in the homologation procedure for new motorcycles entering the series. The new regulations requires a minimum of 125 units produced in order to begin the homologation process. By the end of the first year of participation, manufacturers must have produced 250 units.
