BMW Other description

2002 BMW K1200RS, *New arrival* This is a very nice 2002 K1200RS with only 27,221 miles with a factory build consisting of heated grips, sport suspension, cruise control and ABS. There are removable BMW side cases and tank bag included with the bike along with a nice deep tone Two Brothers muffler. The bike is in good cosmetic condition with only a couple of minor blemishes found on the paint. Considering the age of the bike it is in better shape than most we see from this vintage. Our safety inspection is pending along with any service it needs to get it current. We will also be replacing both front and rear tires. Call us to reserve this bike. BMW introduced an inline six-cylinder café racer concept at the 2009 EICMA show in Milan, Italy. Inline-six engines have a staple in BMW’s automobiles for decades and the German manufacturer’s motorcycle division took on the challenge of adapting the straight-six to a bike without making it too long or too wide. The result is the BMW Motorrad Concept 6, and an evolution BMW says “will further expand the K-Series in the foreseeable future”.

So what you should do is exactly what this chap's done and use a spatula and a few rubber bands to mount-up your GPS for easy use. And the bonus is that when you get to where you're going, you can use the spatula with your BBQ and triple it up as a fly-swatter too.

2012 BMW C600 Sport and C650GT Scooter Preview

Tue, 08 Nov 2011

While Japanese OEMs persist in their cautiousness, BMW continues its assault on new markets, most recently with its incredible S1000RR literbike. Over the past four years, the German company has nearly doubled its 500cc-plus market share from about 7% to 13%, and the 2011 model year is on pace to set a sales record of more than 103,000 motorcycles. For 2012, BMW enters the lucrative scooter segment with a pair of twin-cylinder maxi-scoots claimed to combine the agility and comfort of a scooter with the riding qualities of a motorcycle.
