2008 BMW K1200s is in excellent condition. Black beauty with heated grips, abs, traction control, bmw tinted windscreen and Remus Hexacone exhaust. Exhaust sounds great and is much lighter than stock. Dealer serviced this summer. Last year a new battery was installed at the bmw dealer. Also at the dealer all fluids were changed. This bike is ready to go for the fall riding season. It does not have the factory hard bags. I love this bike and will continue to ride more when the weather cools off. BMW Recalls Several Models in Canada for Potential Fuel Leaks
Thu, 19 Dec 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall on 18 BMW models across several model years spanning from 2005 to 2012 because of a risk of fuel leaks (the full list of models and model years is below). As of this posting, no recall has been announced for the U.S. but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) currently has an investigation open for a similar issue, potentially affecting 45,588 BMW motorcycles.
2014 BMW US Prices Released – R nineT Only $800 More Expensive than R1200R

Now that your Christmas bills are paid off (at least, you would hope), you can start budgeting for your new Beemer, now that BMW Motorrad USA has released pricing information for the five newest models to its lineup, the R nineT, S1000R, R1200GS Adventure, K1600GTL Exclusive and R1200RT. Perhaps the most welcome news is the R nineT’s pricing at $14,900, making it just $800 more expensive than the R1200R‘s $14,100 price tag.
