Up for sale is a 2015 BMW K1300S Sport Touring
motorcycle. We are a multi-line motorcycle dealership, selling new BMW
motorcycles in addition to a few other brands. This one owner BMW
motorcycle was recently acquired by our dealership. We sold this motorcycle brand new last summer to a repeat client of our dealership & we have performed the break in service. Our BMW authorized
service department has also performed an overall inspection & safety
check on this motorcycle along with verifying that there are no open
recalls from BMW Motorrad. This BMW motorcycle is still under the original 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty good until the end of May 2018!
This K1300S is a Special Edition with extra Carbon Fiber heal heat shield over Akrapovic Exhaust, ABS Brakes, Windscreen, Heated Grips, ESA II, On Board Computer, ASC (Auto Stability Control), Gear Shift Assistance, and TPM (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), all OEM from BMW. This motorcycle has an original MSRP of $20,345 including all of the options right from BMW. This BMW has only 930 miles and we hold a clean Massachusetts Title for this bike. BMW Set Single Month Sales Record in April 2013 – New R1200GS Represents 27.7% of Sales Volume
Mon, 13 May 2013BMW announced it set a new company all-time sales record for a single month, delivering 14,587 motorcycles to customers in April 2013. That represents an 11.5% increase from the 13,088 motorcycles sold in April 2012. The record month helped push BMW‘s overall sales over the first four months to 39,319 motorcycles and scooters, a 5.0% increase from the 13,088 units sold in the same period of 2012.
CFMoto 650TK Riders Set Record with 21,222-Mile Tour of China
Fri, 20 Dec 2013A couple of adventurers have claimed a new world record for longest journey by motorcycle in a single country after completing a 21,222-mile trek around China. Buck Perley and Amy Mathieson completed their trek, traveling all 33 of China’s provinces in 147 days on a CF Moto 650TK sport-tourer. Guinness World Records still needs to ratify the couple’s journey, but if it stands, they will have surpassed the previous record of 18,041 miles set by Steven H. Siler earlier this year, after he completed his 26-day trip around the U.S.
2013 BMW R1200GS Recalled in Canada for Potential Transmission Oil Leak
Wed, 06 Feb 2013Transport Canada has announced a recall for the 2013 BMW R1200GS due to a potential risk of leaking transmission oil. As yet, no recall has been announced for the U.S. market by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, but we expect one shortly.
