BMW K-Series description

For sales is a 2014 BMW K1300S 30th Anniversary in excellent condition and with only 3,700 miles. The bike is still under factory warranty until January'17 and with the option to extend up to 2020. The anniversary edition comes fully equipped including:

- ESA II (Electronic Suspension)
- Heated Grips
- On Board Computer
- Enduro ASC
- Gear Shift Assistant
- TPM

NHTSA Fines BMW $3 Million for Late Recall Reporting

BMW has agreed to pay civil penalties of $3 million for failing to report safety defects in a timely manner to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. By U.S. federal law, manufacturers are required to notify NHTSA of safety defects or noncompliance issues within five days of discovering the issue.
