Available for sale is a beautiful BMW K1200LT with only 38k miles on it! This bike is a BMW flagship bike and it don't get any better than this! It is loaded with such options as a Reverse, Electric Center Stand, Power Adjustable Windshield, Heated Seats and Back Rest, Heated Grips, Cruise Control, Intercom, CD with Radio and Four Speakers, Rear Arm Rests, New Battery, Keyless Open with Alarm and much, much more! Very comfortable ride too! This bike was purchased at dealer auction with minor scratches here and there (nothing major whatsoever) and a cracked windshield (replaced). It was run & drive bike that was in very good condition! It passed State of Ohio Highway Patrol inspection and comes with rebuilt salvage Ohio title. It can be titled and registered in any state! It was never in an accident! Please come and inspect in person and you will be pleasantly surprised how well the condition of the bike is! It was also inspected by a mechanic and ready for any trip! We knew it wouldn’t be the first, though, after we broke the news that BMW had trademarked the name along with “M 1000 XR” and “M 1300 GS.” What we didn’t expect was for the next M-branded motorcycle to be based on the S 1000 R. That now looks to be the case, as a new M 1000 R model has appeared in vehicle certification documents in Switzerland and Germany.
2007-2008 BMW K1200R, K1200S Recalled for Foaming Brake Fluid
Tue, 16 Oct 2012BMW is issuing a recall on the 2007-2008 K1200S, K1200R and K1200R Sport models due to a problem with the front brake hydraulics. In long rides at high rpms, engine vibrations may cause the full front brake fluid to foam. This would occur at a very narrow rev range and only when the brake fluid reservoir is filled to maximum.
