Up for sale is a 2005 BMW K1200LT with only 25,249 miles finished in a light blue paint scheme. Here's a way to enjoy BMW's technology and quality for under $7k. LT means Luxury Touring, it has 116HP and power is delivered smoothly across the acceleration arc. With a gentle twist of the wrist, the K1200LT jumps to 70 mph down the on ramp with no hesitation whatsoever. The 64 inches of wheelbase provides a smooth ride down the freeway over the 300-mile fuel range (BMW suggested) on the K1200LT's 6.4-gallon tank. Standard equipment includes the Full Integrated ABS braking system, heated hand grips, cruise control, electric reverse assist, and an on-board computer. It also comes with BMW's upgraded navigation system, CD player with a 6 Disc Changer, and auxiliary power plug. Other standard equipment includes the top box, adjustable windscreen, and a really cool feature, push of a button center stand.

WE'VE SEEN videos of BMW's stunning new S1000RR pulling wheelies, stunting, sliding, racing a 700bhp Corvette, featured in a music video - we've even had a look inside the engine and now the company are using the 190bhp superbike as part of a new-style drag act - but not the Danny La Rue type. BMW reported an 11.2% growth in motorcycle sales revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014, thanks to a new best-ever quarterly record of 42,259 motorcycles sold. The record sales quarter also led to a record of 70,978 motorcycles sold in the first half of 2014, the most motorcycles BMW has sold in a six-month period in the company’s 90-year history in the business. The second quarter sales result represents a 5.1% increase on the 40,209 motorcycles sold in the same quarter last year.

BMW has announced the HP Race Cover Kit for the company's highly-acclaimed S1000RR superbike. The kit aimed at trackday goers, replaces parts removed by owners prior to taking their bike out on track. Covers for the numberplate hanger, mirrors and indicators – all of which have been designed to facilitate simple and easy removal - neatly fill any gaps left by the removed parts.
