When it's a 451, d'uh. In our last Question of the Day, we asked about some of the more… questionable names given to motorcycles (Hondas seemed to come up fairly often in the replies, which is both interesting and somehow not surprising.) I mentioned how it’s generally safer for a manufacturer to stick to a combination of letters and numbers. While that’s generally true, apart from the occasionally comical practice of tackling on another “R” to make a model sound sportier ( looking at you again, Honda), it does bring the focus onto yet another common pet peeve: motorcycles with misleading numbers in the name.
Someday could be any day, so why not make it today. Life’s short and you never know what could happen, or when, so BMW is encouraging all riders to seize the moment and hit the open road with friends, family and loved ones to live a little. The video below is pretty inspiring as it depicts an impromptu motorcycle adventure shared by a brother and sister where they drop what they’re doing, turn their cell phones off and live in the moment – something we all should do a little more often…
Begin Release:

I have had a little walk around checking out the preparations for the show. Yamaha are the only manufacturer to use an industrial crane to place some of its bikes up on high rise stands.
