BMW K-Series description

1994 BMW K 75 3 cylinder, 739 cc motorcycle.  Garage kept and with a low 12,230 miles. Hard bags  and hard rear storage. Nylon tank bags. Good motorcycle with a very comfortable ride. Mechanically sound. Only issue is that sift indicator does not always show the gear.  Body is in good shape but there are a couple of small scratches and one minor ding.  See photos. Email questions. 2023 BMW R 1250 RS First Look

Two weeks ago, BMW announced updates to its R 1250 R roadster. It’s not a big surprise, then, that many of those same updates are coming to the R 1250 RS. And just like the roadster, the updated 2023 R 1250 RS remains at the same MSRP as 2022: $15,695.

European Parliament Makes ABS Mandatory, Tighten Emissions Standards by 2016

The European Parliament voted overwhelmingly in favor of new rules that would increase emission standards and make anti-lock braking systems mandatory for all new large motorcycles, scooters and trikes and quads by 2016. The new regulations, which would still need approval from European Union member states, may only directly affect Europe, but they will have a wide-reaching affect on manufacturers’ product development for other markets. BMW, for example, has already made ABS standard for all its motorcycles for 2013.

New car firm shows interest in bikes too

NORMALLY we wouldn’t get terribly excited about an electric moped but this as-yet-unreleased design comes from a new firm that’s already making waves in the car industry. Qoros might not be a name you’re familiar with. The firm has yet to start selling cars in Europe, although that will change soon.
