Shifts through all gears like butter this bike will easily go for 100k plus miles. Just had a COMPLETE tune up by a shop that went through the entire rear end, new oil, plugs, filter, coolant flush, brake fluid flush, new pads etc etc... I bought the bike right after this service in great condition, never been crashed or dropped. BMW C650GT Recalled in Canada for Loose Luggage Rack Fasteners
Mon, 27 May 2013Transport Canada announced a recall for the 2013 BMW C650GT scooter because of a problem with its accessory luggage rack mounting. On certain units, the fasteners which secure the luggage rack to the rear of the passenger grab rail may loosen over time. This may lead to the rack, and any cases attached to it, to fall off, potentially striking other vehicles, pedestrians or other objects.

BMW Reportedly Discussing Partnership with India’s TVS Motor
Mon, 09 Jul 2012BMW is reportedly in talks with TVS Motor to develop new motorcycles for India. A potential BMW-TVS partership would follow similar arrangements between Bajaj Auto and KTM and between Hero MotoCorp and Erik Buell Racing. The Wall Street Journal reports the two companies are discussing a possible technological alliance.
