Not only does this seat make  it far more comfortable but also looks Awsome!!! Windscreen also upgraded to high Rise Touring windscreen which also adds comfort On the road at Hwy Speeds. Bike has 22,900 miles and has just been fully serviced including Full Synthetic Oil Change , Coolant Flush/Change , Brake Fluid Flush and Changed. This Motorcycle shares almost identical Motor and Chasis to the very capable /versitle BMW F650 but with upgraded 5 valve Cylinder Heads for more Horsepower, upgraded suspension for better on and off road drivability, and sleeker styled body work and headlight which is more oriented to street use even though this bike is arguably better Off Road than the BMW as well. Although this Aprilia Motorcycle is more rare than the BMW, servicing and parts are easy to find as it shares many of the same parts as the BMW F650.

Preliminary 2012 MotoGP Entry List Released

The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) has released a preliminary entry list for the 2012 MotoGP World Championship. The provisional list includes 21 riders in the premiere class, including nine classified as Claiming Rule Team entries. Defending MotoGP Champion Casey Stoner will wear the #1 plate for the 2012 season, the first with both CRT entries and the new 1000cc engine displacement cap.

FIM to Revise WSBK Homologation Requirements

The International Motorcycling Federation is considering modifying its homologation requirements for the World Superbike Championship following Bimota‘s somewhat surprising plans to re-enter the series. Under current regulations, manufacturers must produce a minimum number of motorcycles for it to be eligible to compete in the production-based WSBK championship. The official regulations currently require a minimum of 125 units produced for an initial homologation inspection, 500 units produced by June 30 of the current year, 1,000 units by the end of the current year and 2,000 units by the end of the following year.
