BMW F-Series description

Fun bike, amazingly capable both on and off-road, a jack of all trades. Low miles, runs great. New Cee Baileys windshield. New JT steel sprockets front & rear. New DID X-ring chain. Oil & filter, brake fluid, fork oil & engine coolant recently changed. Does have some cosmetic damage to some of the plastic side panels, see photos. You wont feel so bad when you drop it!

2013 BMW R1200GS US Pricing Starts at $15,800

BMW Motorrad has announced U.S. pricing for the new 2013 R1200GS, with the German company’s updated flagship adventure tourer starting at $15,800. Recently reviewed by our EiC Kevin Duke, the 2013 BMW R1200GS is nearly completely re-designed, with the most notable new feature being a new 1170cc boxer engine with small radiators providing what BMW calls “Precision Cooling“.

Bridgestone BT-023 tyre tested

Replacing the BT-021, the 023 has a uniform carcass construction but has two different compounds of rubber to alter its performance. The inner rubber is harder for increased life while the rubber on the tyre’s edges is softer for outright grip. On the brief dry sections of our ride the 023 seemed to get up to working temperature rapidly and delivered good dry grip, certainly more than enough for most road riders if you are honest about your riding ability.
