The bike is still in break-in mode, rev limited at 9,000 rpm. It is in perfect unmolested condition stored in a climate controlled building. Shortly after this bike was purchased and lightly ridden 307 miles, an HP4 became available and was bought to replace the S1000RR. The owner has several other motorcycles and simply chose to keep this bike pristine. If you are looking for a perfect example of this bike, this is as good as it gets. In addition to increasing its traditional long-term level of support for the team, Comp-A® is sponsoring the distribution of specially designed (see image) 50th Anniversary shirts for several hours each race day from the Pegram Racing Transport / Garage area. A minimum of 1,000 shirts will be available for distribution at each race weekend.
