BMW R1150RT tech info
BMW R1150RT description
2004 BMW R 1150RT sport/touring motorcycle. Has a six speed trans and two spark plugs per cylinder.Windshield is electrically adjusted. Seat was just redone and is very comfortable. Has BMW top case. All cases lock with the same key as ignition. Tires are good and battery is a gel type. Clutch was replaced at 65K and trans was rebuilt at same time. This bike is ready to go anywhere and runs like new. Also is equipped with a friction cruise control. Paint is as shinny as it was when new with only one small 3/8" scratch on the tank and a one small crack about 1 1/2" long on the back of the main side fairing. It has been plastic welded from the back side and is hardly noticeable. This is a great bike and will make someone very happy. Bike is equipped with electric assisted ABS brakes which operate as they should with no brake failure or warning lights on. I will include a complete service manual as well as the owners and riders manuals which came with the bike. This is a one adult owner bike.

Is there anything you CAN'T do on an S1000RR?
Mon, 08 Mar 2010WE'VE SEEN videos of BMW's stunning new S1000RR pulling wheelies, stunting, sliding, racing a 700bhp Corvette, featured in a music video - we've even had a look inside the engine and now the company are using the 190bhp superbike as part of a new-style drag act - but not the Danny La Rue type. Real or not, the clip makes for amusing viewing. Have a look.
