I bought it in 2011 to ride with my best pal on little trips to fly fish and drift aroung- he was a great guy rode a 750 Guzzi to Costa Rica in 1974 till it brokeWell he is gone and I am in failing health my self- cant ride it any moreIt was bought from SE Detroit BMW John knows the bike and has all the records. Last year I spent about 2 weeks in the Finger Lakes and it got brand new tires that have 50 miles on then not even broken it- I alos added the flashing rear light and some very bright running lights- has the headed grips and comes with the two BMW Side Bags in Alum and a top bag The only issue I had with the bike is it wouldnt start- come to find out it was the failed design on the fuel pump- they replaced it under warranty and if you keep the pump covered with gas you are good to go It also has the very rare and rock solid Camel Toe side stand pad.

Also has two Jesse panniers on the sides, crash bar, and a storage box on the back (serves as great backrest for your passenger. Motorcycle has 107,000 miles, fully equipped for Dual Sport Touring and in excellent mechanical condition. Burns no oil, has always had Mobil 1 since break in, all maintenance when required and current with spline lube last winter. Maintenance records come with photos of the periodic maintenance. Lots of power, doesn't need any work but could use tune up like sync carbs. In Alaska I road with another BMW GS that had 180,000 miles and no sign of wearing out. Excellent road touring bike and for long distances on dirt roads. High load capacity with lots of torque for long distances in comfort. Bike had had only two owners who have both taken the bike to Alaska and are BMWMOA members. Bike had been in two magazine articles, last was July 2013 article on Alaska Hazards, and currently being use for BMWMOA owners ads. Vespa probably isn’t the brand you’d think would be celebrating the Lunar New Year and honoring the Chinese zodiac, but for the third year in a row, the Italian brand has done just that with a limited edition 946 scooter. The 2025 Vespa 946 Snake comes after last year’s 946 Dragon and 2023’s 946 Bunny as the third entry in the brand’s Lunar Collection. We can probably expect the collection to expand over the next decade to complete the Chinese zodiac’s 12 animals, with a Horse-themed model for 2026.The 946 Dragon came in a muted golden color with a bold green dragon graphic on the front shield, while the 2023 946 Bunny had a more playful look, with a lime green color and a cartoon rabbit on the shield.

2025 Harley-Davidson FLHXU Confirmed: Enter the Street Glide Ultra?

Harley-Davidson has been pretty tight-lipped about its 2025 model lineup so far, but Motorcycle.com can confirm that it will include at least one new touring model designated “FLHXU”. Considering the Street Glide is the FLHX, it’s a safe bet that the new model will be a Street Glide Ultra, which somehow has never actually existed before. For those unfamiliar with Harley-Davidson nomenclature, Ultras are Harley-Davidson’s big-rig touring models, typically equipped with fairing lowers, a Tour-Pak combination topcase and passenger backrest, plus other amenities for racking up miles in comfort.
