BMW R-Series description

This 1966 BMW shows a little patina and is a great runner/rider - everything works as it should and it typically starts first kick. Has a Denfeld solo seat on it now but also comes with the factory two up seat.

Melandri earned BMW its landmark first win in Race One leading Haslam in a one-two finish. They could have repeated that finish in Race Two but Haslam low-sided after making contact with Honda‘s Jonathon Rea trying to pass on the inside.
