2001 BMW GS1150R--Great Condition (2001)
Many after market extras. New windshield, leather seats, Jessie Bags, crash bar, new grips, LED dash lamps. Well maintained and runs great. Overall great condition. There are some very minor scratches on the tank, and some rust in the joints of the handlebars. The seat is aftermarket leather and it is a little worn, but is still in relativity good shape and firm. The bike has been dealer (have receipts)//user maintained and runs great there are no mechanical problems. The tires have quite a bit of tread left. I am the second owner and have the original owners manual a two keys. Had BMW dealer perform thorough inspection at 57,434 miles. 59,561 miles now. This bike is like brand new and is hard to find in pristine condition with low miles. Of course, you will find a few minor blemishes and nicks here and there due to normal riding. I tried to show those in the pics. Clean title, single-owner. This bike does NOT have ABS brakes. Has always been stored indoors. Has heated grips for when the weather gets colder. Everything is absolutely up to date and bike is running perfectly except for the front tire. You may get just a few hundred miles left unless you ride in the rain (I never did), then I would replace it ASAP. Hard to imagine a better bike. Sadly, the bike fell over once in my garage. Replaced left kick stand, brake handle and shifter. That was a sad day. Bike has had all its scheduled services done at a BMW licensed dealer/mechanic and is in absolutely perfect working order. The original Slingshot debuted in 2015 and just received some updates for 2025, but somehow, the red, black and white color scheme with teal highlights makes me think back even further to old Transformers toys from the '80s. The livery is primarily a Radiant Red Pearl similar to a color offered on the original Slingshot, with Black Metallic, white for contrast and teal highlights with ghosted graphics.

He did so after swiftly coming to grips with the humungous torque and massive bulk of the factory Indian Challenger he rode to the title. But Herfoss, 38, was also a contender in the KOTB’s sidebar series, the 10-race Super Hooligan National Championship, in which he shocked the MA paddock by winning the opening round, and his first race ever at the Daytona International Speedway, aboard another Indian factory V-Twin, the leaner, lighter FTR1200.
