    I bought this bike at Newmarket Motorad in October of 2010 and it had full servicing done on it then.  It had 40687 kms when I bought it and now has just over 43300 on it.  I bought an oil change kit including oil, filter, ring and wrench that comes with the bike.  I have owners manual as well. I has BMW side hard bags that use the ignition key and a Kanna rear hard bag that has a separate key.  All bags are removable.  The one bag has a sticker that says "Old Guys Rule".  The bike comes with two keys.  Leo Vince slip on exhaust, I lowered the pegs since I am just over 6'1" and the handles bars were pushed back when I bought the back.  It has a windshield that I meant to take off and heated grips for those cold mornings.  Only premium fuel put in it and stabilizer in winters when stored in my heated garage.  The thermometer on the bike said 4 degrees when it was minus 40 with wind chill outside.  Side stand and center stand.  A choke on it for colder mornings. Great riding bike for comfort and balance.  Its a beautiful example of BMW engineering being naked  showing off the engine.  Any questions or offers can be emailed.  I do prefer a sale somewhat close since I live north of Toronto, Ontario.  I don't really feel like packing it.

I have had several other BMW airheads and this one is by far the smoothest and fastest. the speedometer stopped working when i purchased it and the previous owner said it was close to 32k miles I have replaced the original speedometer from one off a R100rt and everything works except the back light. it might just need a bulb.there are a few minor scratches on the lower right hand side of the motorcycle tank and some light cracks on the top of the fairing from being over tightened by the previous owner.the bike has custom mufflers that have been tuned beautifully and have a nice mean sound without being too loud, and they don't backfire!brand new AGM style battery that has tons of cca  for turning the 1000cc engine overcomes with factory tire pump that is located under the seatboth hard bags and bracketsthe original seat has been upholstered in a nice black fabric and has 2 hidden storage compartments.tires are goodbrakes are goodoil was just changedand only has a small leak about the size of a penny on the ground if left sitting for a while.

2014 BMW R1200GS Adventure Revealed

BMW has updated its R1200GS Adventure for 2014, giving it similar updates introduced on the R1200GS including the liquid-cooled 1170cc boxer engine. The more off-road capable version of the GS now has more power than ever before, as well as the option of coming with BMW’s semi-active suspension. Tom Sykes snapped up a pair of wins at Magny-Cours, setting himself up in good position to capture his first World Superbike Championship at the season finale in Jerez in two weeks. The Kawasaki rider scored his series-leading eight and ninth victories of the season, giving him a commanding 37-point cushion over Eugene Laverty and 38 points ahead of Sylvain Guintoli. Sykes needs only score at least 13 points in total over the final two races at Jerez to secure the championship.

Tom Sykes and Eugene Laverty each came away with a victory as the World Superbike Championship made its return to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca. The first race featured two red flags, ironically caused by AMA Superbike regulars Danny Eslick and Roger Hayden, the two men with the most recent experience at the famed track. The second race was a much cleaner affair, with a dramatic finish, setting up the final two rounds of the championship.

2014 BMW NineT Spied – Lo Rider Concept Finally Coming to Life

Germany’s Motorrad Magazin has uncovered new photos of an upcoming BMW motorcycle rumored to be called the NineT. We caught a glimpse of the boxer-engined roadster testing earlier this summer but the new pictures – snapped at a gas station in northern Italy – reveal three motorcycles that appear close to being ready for production. The name NineT recognizes the 90th year anniversary, and the new model references that history in its retro styling.

Splitting his time between the company's studio in Baoding, China, and a Shanghai-based satellite studio, he reports directly to chairman Wei Jianjun. In his role he‘s responsible for the design of the brand globally and leads a team of 130 designers in Baoding as well as 25 in the Shanghai studio.

The German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) has announced the winner of its 2013 Design Awards, which asked students from across the world to submit their final graduating projects completed between October 2011 and July 2013. Eric Leong from Sweden's Umeå Institute of Design, came in first place with his 'Audi Elite' project, earning himself €4,000. Leong's single-person vehicle can be controlled using the entire body through gestures and movements, and adapts to the needs of the driver, giving them more control.

2014 BMW K1600GTL Exclusive Outed in CARB Documents

Earlier this summer, BMW announced its 2014 six-cylinder K1600GT including a new variant called the K1600GT Sport. A new document released by the California Air Resources Board reveals the more luxurious K1600GTL may be getting its own special variant as well. CARB released a new executive order for its 2014 K16 models including the K1600GTL Exclusive alongside the regular K1600GTL and the K1600GT.

TOURATECH now makes an expandable tank bag to match BMW’s R1200GS in red and silver. The touring accessory firm’s "Ambato Exp" tank bag has been on sale for a month but until now only in black or black and white. It features a model-specific base plate for quick-release attachment to the R1200GS, waterproof inserts and Cordura fabric described as “tear proof”.
