Sherifs department just decommissioned a whole fleet of their motorcycles and replaced them with brand new ones. I purchased this directly from them for the purpose of long trips around the country but unexpectedly lost my job shortly thereafter. The motorcycle is in excellent mechanical condition and rides super smooth. I've never had something with so many amazing features and am letting it go with great hesitation. Currently all service is fully up to date with everything in good working order. Has some scuffs mostly on front faring from being a Police bike but nothing serious. Please see photos for more details.
Tires in good shape with plenty of tread. Motor runs quiet and has plenty of life in it (according to a BMW technician), clutch is smooth and responsive. Heated hand grips, heated seats, cruise control, power retractable windshield, accessory socket, onboard computer, ABS brakes. Clean California title and registration just issued and valid until December of 2017. Selling with no reserve price! Bike will go to the highest bidder. The 2025 Honda CB1000 Hornet – First Look. No, Really This Time.
Wed, 16 Oct 2024A year later than expected, and it brought a special friend Honda introduced its flagship streetfighter model, the CB1000 Hornet, at EICMA last year, with promises it would arrive as a 2024 model. We’re nearly at Halloween and Honda has finally confirmed the CB1000 Hornet is coming, as a 2025 model, and it will be joined by an up-spec SP variant. Well, for Europe at least.
BMW Sets February Sales Record With 18.3% Growth
Tue, 11 Mar 2014BMW continues to set new motorcycle sales records, with an 18.3% year-on-year growth helping the company set a new benchmark for sales in February. The German manufacturer reported sales of 8,098 motorcycles and scooters in February, an impressive 18.3% increase over the 6,847 units sold in the same month last year. The record February followed another record in January which saw a year-on-year increase of 12.9%.
2015 BMW K1300S Motorsport Announced
Fri, 04 Jul 2014BMW announced a new special edition version of the K1300S equipped with some upgraded parts and a unique paint job. The 2015 BMW K1300S Motorsport comes with a new Black Storm Metallic, Light White and Lupine Blue Metallic color scheme, with a bit of red striping for good measure. A band of black running across the top of the bike from nose to tank to tail is complemented by a tinted windscreen.
