For sale 2009 BMW R1200RT. This bike comes with only 6K Miles. This bike is adult ridden, never abused, and garage kept. This bike comes with the following options such as; ABS, Heated Grips, BMW Comfort Seat, Saddlebags, Handlebar Risers, Electronically Adjustable Windshield, TPMS, etc.
This bike is in very good over all condition. Saddlebags inner sides have minor scratches since it was placed on a ground at times. Other than that this bike is in good condition, comes as pictured, no known issues with this bike at all. this bike rides excellent, no leaks of any kind. Comes with almost new Michelin Pilot tires. IIHS Asks NHTSA to Make ABS Brakes Mandatory for All Street-legal Motorcycles in US
Fri, 07 Jun 2013The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and the Highway Loss Data Institute have submitted a letter to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration petitioning in favor of making anti-lock brakes mandatory for all new on-highway motorcycles. The letter, addressed to David Strickland, NHTSA administrator, included a recent IIHS study on the effects of ABS on motorcycle fatal crash rates. The report found ABS technology reduces the rate of fatal crashes by 31%, while collision claim rates were 20% lower with ABS-equipped motorcycles.

It turns the S1000 RR into a real rocket, dominating all the standard "1-litres". The master decided to increase the power and traction by installing a turbocharger!

More interesting than that are the laughable bike scenes, with Dhoom 3 featuring one chase scene between a K1300R and a S1000RR. In the first Dhoom film a Hayubasu magically transformed into 125cc bike for a train jump.
