BMW Motorrad USA Encourages Riders to Seize the Day and Hit the Road

Tue, 27 Feb 2018

Someday could be any day, so why not make it today. Life’s short and you never know what could happen, or when, so BMW is encouraging all riders to seize the moment and hit the open road with friends, family and loved ones to live a little. The video below is pretty inspiring as it depicts an impromptu motorcycle adventure shared by a brother and sister where they drop what they’re doing, turn their cell phones off and live in the moment – something we all should do a little more often… Begin Release: WOODCLIFF LAKE, NJ – February 23, 2018 – Young and old, aspiring and experienced, female and male: everyone has an adventure that they dream of taking someday.

Video: Corvette Stingray Takes on All Corners of the Globe at Willow Springs

Wed, 09 Oct 2013

The folks at Edmunds took the 2014 Corvette Stingray and put it to the test at Willow Springs International Raceway versus its usual competitors: the SRT Viper , Nissan GT-R , Porsche 911 , Porsche Cayman S , Ford Shelby GT500 and the BMW M3 . It looks like the "Stingray vs. The World" title suits the video well, given there is one car from Japan, a few from Europe and another one from the U.S.

BMW S1000RR Valve Train Working at High RPM [video]

Tue, 23 Feb 2010

I’d like to ramble on about a dozen different things relating to this video, but the 3- minute, 19-second clip speaks for itself. However, once the engine is revving at high rpm, watching the cams, finger followers and valve springs seemingly freeze in action due to the incredible speeds, I was reminded of that whole “Dude, the faster I went the more everything around me seemed to slow down,” experience we’ve all heard about or experienced. Enjoy!
