Just pulled this out of a friends garage, no longer riding 2 wheels, drained the gas ,dusted it off and put a fresh battery in it and fired it up. Hasn't been on the road in a while but owner maintained it until a couple of years ago. My friend tells me he paid $18,000.00 all said and done when he bought it new, just a gorgeous bike. The 13th annual event at the Bavarian resort town saw visitors from more than 40 countries join together to celebrate BMW motorcycles.
