FOR SALE A BEAUTIFUL 1977 BMW R75/7 750 AIRHEAD ORIGINAL MOTORCYCLE. BIKE HAS CLEAR TITLE, LOW MILES 12,852, ORIGINAL PAINT. OVERALL THIS BIKE IS LIKE A TIME CAPSULE, IT SHINES NICELY, ONLY MINOR SIGNS OF AGE FOR A BIKE LIKE THIS, ALMOST NO RUST, THE BIKE IS NOT RUNNING AS OF NOW BUT MOTOR TURNS OVER WITH GREAT COMPRESSION, LOW MILEAGE, HAS SAT FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND NEEDS A NEW BATTERY, CARBS GONE THRU AND FRONT BRAKE BLED TO RUN AGAIN, TANK WAS DRAINED AND IS CLEAN INSIDE, THE TANK HAS NO DENTS, SIDE COVERS NICE, SEAT IS GREAT OTHER THAN ONE SMALL SPOT ON TOP WITH A RIP, THE SEAT PAN IS PERFECT, TOOL KIT UNDER SEAT, NICE CHROME, THE EXHAUST ON LEFT SIDE HAS 2 SMALL DENTS NEAR PASSENGER FOOTPEG, RIGHT HEADER HAS A SLIGHT DENT IN THE BEND, ALL ELECTRONICS WORK, THE PAINT IS IN NICE SHAPE, ONLY SOME SLIGHT UP CLOSE FAINT SCUFFS, NOTHING OUT OF THE ORDINARY FOR A BIKE THATS ORIGINAL, TIRES ARE GOOD, THE BIKE IS BEAUTIFUL AND A CLEAN AUTHENTIC ORIGNAL R75/7 WITH LOW MILEAGE, NOTHING MISSING, OVERALL AN AMAZING TIME CAPSULE OF A BMW THAT IS WORTHY OF A LITTLE TLC TO BE ON THE ROAD AGAIN! Celebrity Jurors Named for BMW R1200GS Contest
Mon, 26 Nov 2012BMW announced its four-member celebrity jury panel for its globe-spanning “Ride of Your Life” R1200GS adventure contest. The panel is comprised of Academy-Award winner Adrien Brody, Paris-Dakar Rally winner Jutta Kleinschmidt, actor Rick Yune and noted motorcycle adventurer Charley Boorman. The panel will select five winners for the “Ride of Your Life” contest (also known as the “One World, One GS” contest) to promote the new 2013 BMW R1200GS.
