This is a beautiful example of a 1975 BMW R 90/6 motorcycle , it only has 55,000 miles on the odometer but it's had tons of mechanical work done in the last 5000 miles! It has a recovered seat, new drag style handlebars, new chrome motor protector, rebuild carburetors this summer, fires up and runs like a Swiss watch every time ,I would ride this motorcycle anywhere! It is mechanically as solid as the rock of Gibraltar! Check out the pictures of the motor, and you could eat off every bit of it even the undercarriage! 125 pounds of compression on both cylinders, brand-new compression! This bike needs nothing other than a paint job, the red you see is a rattle can job, but is still presentable. The original hard luggage comes with, this is a gem of a /6 BMW ,Low mileage for its age all electrics work ,tires have tons of life left ,really really clean in every way!! Winter weather but summer carries on.

My friends at Moto Direct sent me a new RST Pro Series suit to try out, I acquired some new rubber for my S10000RR and young Taylor Mac splashed home to 12th place on his Aprilia in the 125cc British Grand Prix. Being no fashion guru and pretty ancient now I’m satisfied the brightest suit I’ve ever climbed into looks the biz.
2012 BMW K1600GT, K1600GTL Engine Stall Recall Announced for US
Tue, 03 Dec 2013The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has announced a recall for 2,475 units of the 2012 BMW K1600GT and K1600GTL in the U.S. because of a software problem causing engines to stall. A similar recall was previously announced in Canada but we now have more information about the problem.
