Vintage 1971 BMW R60/5 PARTS BIKE. This is a NICE barn/garage find. Very nice parts, everything looks to be correct for this motorcycle. There is NO TITLE and lost the key. Will write a "bill of sale". The numbers on the frame, VIN plate match. Was parked for a very long time, listing as a "non running project/parts bike". I think it needs a starter. Still has original tool kit and tool kit bag. No warranties and "as is" sale. AGAIN bike has no title.. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or returns. Full payment within 7 (seven) days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 (two) business days after the auction has ended to set up a day and time for payment and pickup. WSBK 2013: Jerez Race Report
Mon, 21 Oct 2013Eugene Laverty did everything he could, scoring a pair of race wins but it was not enough as Tom Sykes rode smartly and conservatively at the season finale in Spain, securing his first ever World Superbike Championship. Sykes landed in Jerez with a 37-point lead over Laverty and a 38-point lead over Sylvain Guintoli. While Laverty battled Marco Melandri to win Race One, Sykes coasted comfortably in third for most of the race to score 16 points, enough to clinch the title.
2014 WSBK Provisional Entry List – 27 Riders and 9 Manufacturers
Thu, 30 Jan 2014The International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) released a provisional entry list for the 2014 World Superbike Championship. The provisional list includes 27 riders riding motorcycles from nine different manufacturers. Of these riders, 12 are riding in the new EVO sub-category which limits engine upgrades and electronics to Superstock class rules.
