This is a 1957 BMW R26, fresh restoration. All numbers match bike. All parts purchased from Germany from OEM provider and through BMW. All parts were media blasted, re-chromed and powder coated, with exception to the tins which were painted. Electrical system has new harness, contactless ignition (no more points to fuss with) and semiconductor voltage regulator 6v for ease of operation and reliability.  It comes with the BMW tool kit and rag, 2 mirrors that are included but not installed at moment, and passenger foot pegs. Rack was installed on rear fender with gasket so as to not mar the finish and can be easily removed for clean look, or for passenger seat. I have the original long seat that will be included if interested.

This was a detailed restoration that consisted of painting and powder coating all the parts to last for a very long time--everything from the wheels up was blasted and powder coated.  This is your chance to get a classic BMW that is better than other restorations as it has been powder coated and has OEM parts, not cheap Turkish and Indian parts. The upgrades are a larger capacity oil pan, modern contactless ignition, and voltage regulator. I have a huge list of receipts from parts and professionals on this restoration, if interested.

I purchased this bike as a literal "barn find' here in Idaho and I got it from the original owner. The title has a temporary brand that will be lifted soon, or I believe, once transferred. This was due to the bike's age since they didn't issue titles for them in Idaho back then. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call/text/email anytime 208 891 zero553 Feel Free To Make Offers, may also consider trades full/partial for classic car, bikes or more, doesn't hurt to ask.

I will work with your transport company or can suggest a few that I have worked with in the past. Vehicle does not have a warranty or guarantee . $500 deposit required within 24 hours, final payment to be within 7 days, if longer time needed please contact.

Possible trades project or working Porsche, DeLorean, Mercedes, BMW, Ford, Mopar or other european and muscle cars or bikes like Mustang, challenger, charger
