Wed, 26 Jun 2024Back in the Black Photos by Fabio Polimeni In November 2022 Italian trophy brand MV Agusta, wholly owned since 2019 by Russian entrepreneur Timur Sardarov and his family, and Pierer Mobility AG – KTM’s parent company – reached an agreement on ‘future strategic cooperation’, as a result of which the Austrian firm headed by Stefan Pierer would acquire a 25.10% stake in MV Agusta via its KTM AG subsidiary. At the first meeting of the newly constituted MV Agusta board on November 15, a capital increase of €30 million was agreed, denoting the sum KTM had paid to acquire its new minority shareholding in the company. As part of this strategic alliance KTM took charge of purchasing all components needed to manufacture MV Agusta’s entire range of models, as well as responsibility for marketing, distribution and after-sales service for MV Agusta on a global basis outside Italy.

Y-AMT isn’t Yamaha’s first foray into automatic shifting.

These models are coming back unchanged, except for new colors and price adjustments. Each build draws inspiration from Indian Scouts from the past, while showcasing the new model’s potential as a platform for customization. The first episode sees Roland Sands and Aaron Boss of RSD conceptualizing a build inspired by Ed Kretz, who won the inaugural Daytona 200 in 1937 on an Indian Scout.
Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Coming to US for 2025

The Fireblade SP was last offered in the U.S. as a 2023 model, and when Honda announced an updated version last November, we were disappointed to hear nary a peep from American Honda about the superbike.
Marc Marquez To Join Factory Ducati MotoGP Squad
Wed, 05 Jun 2024Image: Ducati Corse Eight-time World Champion Marc Marquez is set to join Francesco Bagnaia in the factory Ducati squad for the next two MotoGP seasons. Ducati Corse has confirmed that Marquez will race in Ducati Lenovo Team colors, replacing Enea Bastianini at the end of the 2024 season. Marquez, currently with Gresini Racing, will team up with Bagnaia, the reigning back-to-back premier class World Champion, in the iconic Bologna red.
