1972 Other Other , I have for sale a 1972 AJS 250 stormer in good running condition,( it's a norton villiers engine) most parts are original, great bike to get into vintage motocross. This was the first motocross bike that started the revolution for modern bikes today, lay down shocks, pivoting rear swing arm (that ktm used after) leading axel forks and a light frame geometry later used by can-am in the 70's. This is a very rare find, It's a 1972 CZ 250 Type 980 Yellow Tanker motocrosser.VIN Number 980.0.00614 Engine Number 980.3.004345 This bike has lived in the rafters of a private collection for decades. It was sold as a NOS bike many years ago but have no documentation. The bike show no signs of ever being used. Foot pegs/brake lever, wheels tires, bars/grips levers look unused. There are some paint stains, scratches/shelf wear from years in the attic. Tank also appears to have never had fuel in it and no rust. 1972 Penton 125 Six Day (1972)
1972 Penton 125.NO TITLE ON THIS BIKE.Had to put something in for ebay to finish ad.NO TITLE.Frame #21058843 Motor #7316291 sachs6B.I found this bike a few weeks ago.I cleaned the Bing carb and put in fresh fuel and a plug, could not get it to start by kicking it even though it has great compression so I pulled it behind ATV bike started right up I rode it around and it shifted fine .Bike has plastic fenders front one has a 2 inch crack.The plastic looks to be from the 70's era.The Magura grips are perfect with no tears.Seat is very nice,front number plate and bracket are repos.I did put a new air filter in before I tried to start.Speedometer does not work and rear shocks are frozen.The wheels do have a lot of rust and front tire is flat.Fork seals are leaking all the light switches,kill button and choke lever on bars are in good condition.This is a project bike,but a very good bike to start your resto.If you have ant questions call me at 270-792-9710.I reserve the right to end auction early as I have it for sale elsewhere.I will hold bike for you to make shipping arrangements as long as bike is paid for in full . We’ve heard that refrain a lot over the years, and it’s no different for the NT1100 sport-tourer. Introduced in Europe in 2022, the NT1100 is a sport-touring model that shares much of its bones with the CRF1100L Africa Twin.
2025 Husqvarna Vitpilen 801 – First Look
Wed, 02 Oct 2024The Svartpilen 801 has a new roadster-styled sibling, as Husqvarna announces the new “White Arrow” Vitpilen 801. Like the Black Arrow, the Vitpilen adopts the 799cc LC8c Parallel-Twin of the KTM 790 Duke, offering yet a new option to the shared platform. Ryan Adams recently reviewed the Svartpilen 801 and found it a “worthy contender in the market that brings its own unique style alongside proven performance.” That theme continues with the new Vitpilen, which brings its own take, with more aggressive ergonomics and a bright splash of color in yellow (a silver color is also available if you prefer something less flashy).
