As a motorcyclist I’ve made it my duty to stop and lend assistance any time I see a fellow rider that looks like they’re in need, a sort of paying it forward mentality for the many times I found myself in need of a hand. In most instances the rider stopped on the road’s edge had pulled to the side temporarily to resolve an innocuous issue, but occasionally a rider genuinely needed my help. Brough Superior to Make Moto2 Debut at Silverstone

The Taylormade Brough Superior racebike will make its Moto2 racing debut at the British Grand Prix at the U.K.’s Silverstone circuit. Backed by insurance company Bennetts, the one-off entry will feature British Supersport racer Luke Mossey riding the Taylormade Carbon 2 racebike. Led by California-based but British-bred Paul Taylor and John Keogh, the Taylormade project was started to rethink the spark the impending relaunch of the Brough Superior brand as well as to explore new ways of designing prototype race machines.

BMW Quitting WSBK After 2013 Season

BMW announced it will withdraw its factory support from the World Superbike Championship at the end of the 2013 season. According to BMW, the company will concentrate on its production models including the addition of new small-displacement models and reaching developing markets. BMW Motorrad will also shift resources to other motorsports activities such as supporting customer racing efforts in both international and domestic competitions.
