This is a near perfect 2010 BMWS1000RR loaded with aftermarket parts. At 12,300 miles were mainly put on the freeway.
This is a very unique Acid Green color. The bike has been loved sense day one. It has been into BMW for every service it requires always on time. When the bike sits in the garage it always has a cover on it. The bike has a full Akrapovic exhaust on it and passes emissions with no problems. The exhaust its self was $2,500, The previous owner also had BMW put in led blinker kit another $500 upgrade with lastly a black windscreen from BMW. This bike is a gem and definitely a head turner. BMW Produces 500,000th GS Boxer
Wed, 19 Mar 2014BMW‘s most important model reached an important milestone as the 500,000th boxer-engined GS rolled off the company’s production line in Berlin, Germany. The landmark liquid-cooled 2014 R1200GS follows a lineage half a million strong of flat-twin adventure tourers tracing back to the first R80G/S produced in 1980. “As a plant it is a privilege for us to continue building on the successful history of the legendary flat-twin GS,” says Marc Sielemann, head of the Berlin plant which produces the bulk of BMW’s motorcycles since 1969.

Fri, 01 Aug 2008I’ve been wearing this waterproof textile jacket since March and it’s performed very well. The silver colour shows up dirt something rotten, there’s a stark lack of useful pockets and the cut is quite square, but as a jacket to keep the cold and water out it’s been right up to the job. It’s my daily commuting top, one of those jackets you throw on without thinking about it, and now that it’s summer I can’t see the point in getting a replacement anytime soon.
