I’d like to ramble on about a dozen different things relating to this video, but the 3- minute, 19-second clip speaks for itself. However, once the engine is revving at high rpm, watching the cams, finger followers and valve springs seemingly freeze in action due to the incredible speeds, I was reminded of that whole “Dude, the faster I went the more everything around me seemed to slow down,” experience we’ve all heard about or experienced. BMW Recalls Several Models in Canada for Potential Fuel Leaks

Transport Canada has announced a recall on 18 BMW models across several model years spanning from 2005 to 2012 because of a risk of fuel leaks (the full list of models and model years is below). As of this posting, no recall has been announced for the U.S. but the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) currently has an investigation open for a similar issue, potentially affecting 45,588 BMW motorcycles.

BMW Makes ABS Standard Across Entire Lineup

BMW announced it will make anti-lock brakes standard equipment across its entire lineup starting with the 2013 model year. The German manufacturer became the first to introduce ABS into serial production motorcycles in 1988 and now 25 years later, BMW will be the first to offer ABS across all of its models. BMW has already announced two 2013 models that will come with ABS, the updated F800GS and the F700GS.
