2009 Bmw G 450 X, Leo Vince Exhaust, New Tires, New Battery - The Revolution is Here What makes the G 450 X so unique? Its the way its engineered. Quite simply, there is technology on this machine that is totally revolutionary. First off, the countershaft sprocket and swingarm are on the same pivot, which keeps chain tension uniform at all times for better power delivery. The clutch is smaller and mounted directly on the crankshaft which means less heat and stress on the plate. A feisty, fuel injected, easy-starting engine thats mounted forward in a stainless steel, cradle-less frame puts serious, power to the ground, while an extra-long swingarm creates unstoppable traction. Add a gas tank under the seat for a lower center of gravity, no linkage Ohlins shock, and a forward-mounted airbox, and this is a 450 cubic centimeter thumper that stands alone as the most original machine to hit the dirt in years. Wed, 16 Oct 2024A year later than expected, and it brought a special friend Honda introduced its flagship streetfighter model, the CB1000 Hornet, at EICMA last year, with promises it would arrive as a 2024 model. We’re nearly at Halloween and Honda has finally confirmed the CB1000 Hornet is coming, as a 2025 model, and it will be joined by an up-spec SP variant. Well, for Europe at least.
